Terms and Conditions

Bookings

Booking a transportion at Interbus can be done by post, fax, e-mail, website or by phone.

When the order is completed it is booked into our computerized bus planning system, after which the customer receives his confirmation.
The order assigns a unique number to which the client can refer for inquiries and any changes. After completion of the assignment, an invoice is received.

Complaints

Any complaints will be dealt with as quickly as possible in order for the client and his / her potential customer to be affected as little as possible and to receive compensation for any inconvenience the client may have suffered.

Cancellations

If cancelled later than 24 hours, 100% will be charged
If cancelled later than 48 hours, 50% will be charged
