Booking Conditions

Orders for transport at Interbus can be made by post, e-mail, website or by phone. Of course, we can help you prepare a suitable order form. Once the order has been completed, it is booked into our computerised bus planning system after which the customer receives confirmation. The order is then assigned a unique number to which the customer can refer in case of requests and any changes. After completing the assignment, an invoice will be received.

Any complaints will be processed as quickly as possible in order to ensure that the client and its potential customer suffer as little as possible and, where appropriate, to obtain compensation for the inconvenience the customer may have suffered.

  • In case of cancellation later than 24 hours, 100% will be charged
  • If cancelled later than 48 hours, 50% will be charged
